I Believe

I'd Like to Bear My Testimony...

I was born and raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I was blessed as a baby, baptized at eight years of age and I have also gone through my fair share of disbelief, rebellion, laziness, and stubbornness. Through all my trials I have faced in life, one thing I do know is the constant truth behind this church. This gospel is the restored gospel that Christ Himself created all those years ago when He demonstrated His ability to live, to love, and to lead by example. Through His love and example I can strive my hardest to return to Him. His grace strengthens me daily and I would not be where I am today without it. He lives and because He lives I can be with my family forever. I am so grateful for the opportunity I have to serve the people of Denmark, not for me, but for Him and His children. I know I have a special purpose here on this earth and I hope to live my life with humility, faith, and love as I go about this adventure I call life. I know I am a daughter of God, and all those who are reading this are children of the Most High as well. Our divinity is eternal and that, my friends, is a beautiful thing. This universe He created for us is one I am forever grateful for. With every color, rock, breeze, sand on the shore, I feel His love for me and all His children. I love this gospel and the opportunities it gives me to live to the best of my ability with its message of progression and repentance. I will forever be undeserving of His infinite love and mercy He gives to me and I hope as I embark on my mission, not just for 18 months, but for the rest of my life that I can demonstrate my love and gratitude for Him and the blessings He freely gives me through my obedience and respect to Him and to the universe around me. I love this life I've been blessed with, the people I've come to know and love, and the experiences I've had to make me who I am today. I'm grateful for this church and the strength, comfort, and hope it gives me everyday. I'm excited to serve the people of Denmark and to spread His message of faith and repentance.
I say these things in the name of my Brother, King, and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
